Fragment from a papyrus roll, broken off at the top and sides, darkened in part of the upper portion; the text runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The bottom of a column with parts of 22 lines survives; the column would have measured approximately 110 x 66 mm. The lower margin, which is the only one preserved, measures 70 mm. There are modern annotations, with the number in redreferring to the edition in P.Oxy. I. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Three fragments of varying size not belonging together and housed in one glass case.
The top fragment (fragment a) contains the lower parts of three columns, written along the fibres; each column originally contained approximately 36 lines of writing; the width of the second column measures 60 mm. The bottom margin is partly preserved and the intercolumns survive. Paragraphus and line fillers are employed. The back is blank.
The middle fragment (fr. b) contains the tops of two columns and is written on both sides, the back bearing remains of another text in a different hand.
The bottom fragment (fr. c) is broken on all sides; it contains parts of five lines and traces of an additional one written along the fibres; the back has slight traces of ink.
