Papyrus sheet, dark brown by patches and damaged by holes throughout. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text consists of one column of 16 lines. All margins are extant, the right being minimal. The blank space at the bottom measures 80 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
