- Mid-dark brown papyrus slip, abraded in places, especially at the top; with some holes and surface damage along the folds; written on one side, the back being blank. The front bears 7 lines written across the fibres. Margins are extant and minimal, with the left being irregular as lines 2-7 are indented. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
