Papyrus roll of fine quality and light colour, mounted on cardboard in three glass frames, named Papyrus 483(1), Papyrus 483(2), and Papyrus 483(3).
Writing runs on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. The first sheet of the roll displays horizontal fibres. There is one column of 104 lines, complete, with all margins extant. The right margin is minimal. Sheet-joins are visible throughout.
