Film va Hunar was first published as a monthly under the direction of Ali Mortazavi in 1960 only 5 issues were published, distributed as a supplement in the Subh Imruz newspaper before it closed down. It briefly reopened in 1962 under the direction of Abdulmajid Ramazani publishing only 2 issues...
