Fragments from different papyrus rolls, named Papyrus 109A and Papyrus 109B.
Papyrus 109A: Fragments of varying size from the same roll as Papyrus 119, written on one side along the fibres; the back is blank. The fragments are mounted on cardboard in five glass frames, named Papyrus 109A(1), Papyrus 109A(2), Papyrus 109A(3), Papyrus 109A(4), and Papyrus 109A(5).
Papyrus 109A(1) houses one fragment which preserves the upper margin and part of the top of a column, with the first ten lines being better preserved. The sheet was numbered at the top.
Papyrus 109A(2): One fragment containing one column with ten lines and traces of another; blank space separates lines 9 and 10. The upper margin is preserved. The surface is abraded in places.
Papyrus 109A(3): Small fragment with the ends of five lines.
Papyrus 109A(4): Seven fragments of varying size, the largest preserving parts of six lines. The top left fragment has remains of seven lines, with traces of an additional one, some of which display corrections above the line.
Papyrus 109A(5): One small fragment with parts of seven lines.
Papyrus 109B(1-6): Fragments of varying size from a papyrus roll, written on one side along the fibres and mounted on cardboard in five glass cases, named Papyrus 109B(1), Papyrus 109B(2), Papyrus 109B(3), Papyrus 109B(4), and Papyrus 109B(5-6).
Papyrus 109B(1): Large fragment with smaller joining fragment, damaged by holes and lacking most of its right half. There are remains of three columns; only few ends of lines from the foot of column 1 remain; the bottom of column 2 is preserved; the third column is almost complete; numbered at the top.
Papyrus 109B(2): One sheet, almost complete, with few holes; stained in the lower half; it preserves one complete column and part of another; numbered at the top; two lines were rubbed off towards the end.
Papyrus 109B(3): Fragment of a sheet, broken off at the right and left, with one column; upper and lower margins extant. Numbered at the top.
Papyrus 109B(4): Joining fragments with portions of three columns; of the first only few line ends survive; the second lacks parts of the top and bottom; the third is the best preserved, but lacks some of the line endings.
Papyrus 109B(5-6): Thirteen fragments of varying size; the largest, located in the middle of the frame, contains parts of two columns, the intercolumn and the upper margin.
