- Opening of the copy of a will drawn up in Memphis, with dating clause and physical description of the testator, a military settler (cleruch) whose name is lost, aged 65. To whom he bequeaths his plot of land remains unknown.The content of the smaller fragment is uncertain as little remains.

- Two papyrus fragments of varying size, dark-brown, with writing on one side along the fibres, the back being blank; mounted on cardboard in a glass frame. The left fragment preserves portions of 12 lines from the top of a column; upper and part of the left margins survive. The right fragment is broken off on all sides and bears portions of 7 lines.
