List of resolutions passed at meetings of the General Court and the Court of Directors between 1754 and 1760 at which votes of thanks and congratulations were passed in favour of Clive and his actions.

According to a covering note, the document forms part of the minutes of a meeting of a Court of Directors in 1764. Two copies.

Extract of a letter from Mrs Petrie to her husband in Madras dated 29 September 1804.
Scope & Content:
Concerning her accusations against Mr Willis, blaming him for her husband's not being appointed to the Governorship of Madras since Mr Willis had shown Mr Petrie's confidential letters to others.
Copy of a letter to the Members of the Council at Fort William dated 19 December 1763. The letter is initialled H.V., almost certainly Henry Vansittart.
