Letter 16 Richard Farmer at Fort St David to the Court reporting on problems he encountered in trade as well as disputes in the region with local rulers and the French.
Letters 15-16 Joseph Collet at the Cape of Good Hope to the Court reporting his arrival from Rio de Janario and reporting that the Bouverie [Desbouverie], Tankerfield, Halifax and Success are also at the port. Also states that the ship plans to sail for Madras in fourteen days. Copy of his letter to the Company from Rio de Janeiro dated 15 October 1711 attached.
