Letter 50 Copy of letter from Admiral Cornish to the Governor and Court of Directors of the Bank of England remitting a set of bills of exchange drawn by the Archbishop of Manila on the High Treasurer at Madrid for 2 million spanish dollars payable to Admiral Cornish following the capture of Manilha

Copied from a copy of the original, written from the Norfolk off Cavita in the Bay of Manila 2 March 1763, in the hands of the Bank of England, which copy was received from them 30 September 1763. Referred the 12 October 1763 to the Committee of Correspondence to examine and report.

Letters 18-19 Robert Wood, House of Commons to Robert James that Lady Egremont desired to know the name of the Nabob who last wrote to the King so that it could be engraved onto the gold box the letter arrived in, which the King had presented to the late Lord Egremont

Letter 19 is Robert Woods letter to Robert James; letter 18 is Robert James reply that the letter had been from the Nabob of Arcot and giving his full name and titles.

The paragraphs discuss matters in relation to the trade in Woollens at Bussorah [Basra] including outstanding accounts to be paid and the conduct of Messrs Shaw and Garden there. Received via the Drake 11 April 1764.
