Extract from Agenda, vol. 18, no. 4/vol. 19, no. 1 (Winter/Spring 1981). Text with brief introduction. With a letter probably of 1997 from the Centre for the Spoken Word at St Mary de Crypt Church, Gloucester, in response to Dale’s sending a copy of the play with a view to possible performance.
Another copy of the above, comb-bound, sent to Michael Boyd of the Royal Shakespeare Company in 2004 a covering letter. With a letter from Ginnie Stephens of the Company returning the text, having retained the potted biography mentioned in the first letter and rejecting the play for performance.
