Rejection of the requests by His Highness the Maharaja of Orchha:- (1) that his grandson Rajkumar Vir Singh - the son of his eldest son the late Raja Bahadur Bhagwant Singh - may be debarred from succession to the Orchha gadi; and (2) that the adoption of his second son Sir Sawant Singh, Maharaja of Bijawar, who was adopted into the Bijawar family in 1898, may be annulled and that he should be permitted to appoint him as his successor to the Orchha gadi.
