Government of India forward to London a copy of the treaty concluded on 10 Mar 1855 between the Sultan of Johore and the Temenggong of Johore (the text of the treaty appears on pp 3-4)
A grant of 600 acres of waste land is conferred on Sirdar Bahadur Mutsaddi Mall, the last of the native commandants of the old Punjab Military Police - in addition he is to receive a pension of 200 rupees 'per mensem' on retirement (a statement of his services appears on pp 4-5)
