Letter 165 Secretary John Clevland at the Admiralty Office to Robert James stating that a convoy has been provided for the Company's ships in Plymouth which will also supply mariners to assist in sailing the ships. Also reports that orders have been sent to the Navy Board that the Company's ships be provided with supplies and stores from His Majesty's dock-yards.
