On the fly-leaf (f. 1 b) is the following note, in a contemporaneous hand: "Liber qui dicitur Bretton de perquisicione fratris Thome de Ocham;" and at the end (f. 221 b) is a note signed by Edward Ley, the King's Almoner, of having borrowed the book from the Abbat of Chertsey, 4 Oct. 1530. Folio.
