On f. 11 b are three lines, of which the first is: "Me Godefrid [Bishop of Spires, A.D. 950-961] Scæ P'sul dedit Ecce Mariæ." Inserted in the old binding is an ivory carving of the lion of St. Mark, of the XIIIth cent. Small Quarto.
