Sheet of light-brown papyrus, lacking the left hand-side, damaged along the vertical folds; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. It preserves two columns, the first lacking the beginnings of the lines. Upper, right and lower margins are extant. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
