Papyrus sheet, complete but damaged along the folding lines, with wormholes of varying size and abrasion in places. Writing runs along the fibres on either side: on the front there are two columns of 40 and 26 lines respectively; the last two lines of the second column are separated by blank space from the other lines and are indented. The back has two lines with further traces of ink: the second line is written upside down in relation to the first. There are dark spots. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
