Papyrus sheet, complete but damaged by holes at the left and bottom; it bears writing on one side along the fibres, with the back blank. The text consists of one column with 19 lines, some of which lack the beginning. Margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 93 mm; the right margin is irregular and minimal. A sheet-join runs across the fibres at approximately 30 mm from the left edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
