- Cosmas, son of Georgius, acknowledges that he has received the price for 80 kouri (a standard measure) of wine of top quality in advance from Ioannes, weaver of Arsinoe. The wine will be delivered in the month of Mesore (late July-August). The vineywards of Cosmas are mortgaged as security.

Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and slightly damaged along the left edge. Writing runs on one side across the fibres, with the back blank. A sheet-join running across the fibres along the width of the sheet is visible at the bottom. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
