Papyrus fragment reused as mummy cartonnage, with surface damage and holes; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. Portions of two columns survive; of the first, only the ends of the lines remain; the second is much obliterated, although it has fairly complete lines. Intercolumn and upper margin survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
