Light-brown papyrus slip, reused as mummy cartonnage, with some surface damage; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. There are 7 lines, complete but abraded in places, with blank space before the last word. The upper margin measures 13 mm, the left 10 mm; the other margins are minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
