Two fragments from a papyrus sheet reused as mummy cartonnage, with traces of plaster and surface damage; broken off at the top and right, with the right half being lost. Writing runs across the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The upper fragment bears portions of 3 lines, broken to the sides; the lower fragment has 14 lines, lacking the ends. The left margin measures 20 mm and the lower 25 mm. The modern annotation indicates the mummy from which the papyrus derives. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
