Fragment of a papyrus sheet reused as mummy cartonnage, broken off at the top, lacking the lower corners and with some surface damage in places; written on one side, the back being blank. There are 9 lines written along the fibres; opposite line 6, 6 short lines running along the fibres were added in the left margin; at the bottom there are 5 lines written across the fibres. The left margin measures 15 mm; no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
