- Square-shaped papyrus sheet, complete but damaged by insect-holes, especially at the top; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 11 lines, the first two of which are fragmentary; margins are extant, the right being minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in glass frame.
