- Order from the scribe (grammateus) Ptolemaeus to another Ptolemaeus, director of the granary (sitologos) of Autodike to pay 45 artabas of wheat to Posidonius as a rent for a plot of land near Kerkeesis that Heraclides cultivates. Dated to June 80, 57 or 51 BC.

Papyrus sheet, complete but with surface damage throughout; a strip of horizontal fibres is missing at the bottom. Writing runs along the fibres on the front; there are 9 lines, complete; the ink is faded in places. All margins are extant. The modern annotation in red refers to the publication in P.Fay. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
