Dark-brown papyrus sheet reused as mummy cartonnage, broken off at the bottom, with plaster residue and surface damage; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 21 lines, some of which badly damaged. Upper and side margins are minimal. The modern annotation in red refers to the publication in P.Hib. I. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
