Left fragment (A): Parchment strip with a drawing, blank on the back.
Three fragments in the centre (B): Three fragments of varying size from a codex, written on both sides; the largest fragment preserves portions of 13 lines.
Right fragment (C): Upper portion of a parchment leaf, with writing on both sides, in Greek and Coptic.
Lower left fragment (D): Fragment of a parchment leaf, only bearing a few letters on either side.
Lower right fragment (E): Fragment of a parchment leaf, mostly blank, with only a few letters surviving on either side.
