Fragment of a papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and bottom; overall well preserved. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 13 lines, the first and last being mutilated. Side margins are extant and minimal. A sheet-join running across the fibres and along the height of the sheet is visible at c. 45 mm from the left edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
