- Beginning of a letter addressed to Claudius Cerealis, strategus of the division of Herakleides in the Arsinoite nome, from Diodorus, son of Perigenes, enclosing the copy of a document issued by Nicolaus, acting as chief judge (archidikastes), and asking that a copy be delivered to Thermutharion.

- Upper portion of a papyrus sheet, damaged by insect holes throughout and abraded at the top; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 10 lines, the last of which badly mutilated, and 2 additional lines in the upper margin, penned in a different ink. Upper and left margins survive; no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
