- Fragmentary papyrus sheet, pale-brown, mutilated on the sides, with holes and some surface damage in the preserved portion. Writing runs along the fibres on the front, the back being blank. There are portions of 14 lines, with blank space of c. 20 mm between lines 7 and 8. The upper and lower margins survive, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 65 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
