- Papyrus sheet, darkened on the left-hand side, broken off at the top and bottom, and with vertical breaks; written on both sides. On the front, there are 25 lines running along the fibres; only the margins on the sides survive. The back bears one line mutilated at the beginning, written along the fibres in the upper part of the sheet. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
