- Papyrus sheet, mutilated at the top and bottom, with minor surface damage along the left edge and with few insect holes in places; written on both sides. The front bears 15 lines written along the fibres, with the first and last damaged; margins on the sides survive. On the back there is one damaged line running along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
