- Mid-dark brown papyrus, long and narrow, broken off at the top and right, with minor damage along the horizontal folds; written on one side, the back being blank. The front bears 27 lines across the fibres, which have been crossed out; left and lower margins are minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
