- Papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and bottom, complete on the sides; with insect holes and surface damage throughout; written on both sides. The front bears 21 lines running along the fibres, with only traces of the first and last lines. Five vertical folds are visible. On the back, there is one line along the fibres, lacking the beginning. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
