- Papyrus sheet, light-brown, with a dark patch at the bottom; broken off to the right, with minor surface damage in places; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 5 lines; lines 1-4 lack the ends. The text occupies the upper half of the sheet, with a blank at the bottom of c. 60 mm; left and upper margins survive as well. A sheet-join runs along the width of the sheet. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
