- Long and narrow papyrus sheet, damaged by holes; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 43 lines. Part of the upper and left margin survive, the lower margin is extant; no margin was left on the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
