- Papyrus sheet, medium-brown, complete on the left, broken off at the bottom and right, damaged at the top; with few insect holes in places; written on both sides. The front bears 9 lines running along the fibres, all lacking the ends, with a small trace of a tenth line at the bottom. Additional traces are visible in the upper left corner. The left (15 mm) and partly the upper (20 mm) margins survive. Folding lines are still visible. On the back, there is one line running along the fibres and lacking the end. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
