- Medium-brown papyrus roll, broken off at the top but complete on all the other sides; damaged by insect holes at the top and along the sides; written on both sides. On the front, there are 22 lines written across the fibres, with one line lost at the top; the first two lines are mutilated, but the others are complete. Side and lower margins are extant. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres at the top, lacking the beginning. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame, with a small opening for the text on the back.
