- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete but with some surface damage in places, especially along the folds; written on one side, the back having few ink-marks, perhaps of set-offs. On the front, there are 13 lines written along the fibres, with the last line written in the middle, after some blank space. A sheet-join runs vertically at c.25 mm from the left-hand edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame, with a small opening for the traces of ink on the back.
