Papyrus roll, lacking part of the right-hand side; broken off at the top and damaged along the horizontal folds; with detached fragment at the top; written on both sides. The front bears 26 lines running across the fibres, some of which lack the ends; one line is lost between the first and the second lines preserved. On the back, there is the beginning of one line written along the fibres. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame, with a small opening for the line on the back.
