- Beginning of a letter of the governor Qurrah ben Sharik to Basilius, pagarch of Aphrodito, concerning the maintenance of labourers and skilled workmen for the mosque in Jerusalem and the palace. The back bears the address, the date, the name of the courier and the summary.

- Upper portion of a medium-brown papyrus, broken off at the bottom and mutilated on the sides; with insect holes throughout; written on both sides. The front bears 4 lines from the top of a column running across the fibres and somewhat mutilated; on the back, there are remains of two lines written along the fibres upside down in relation to each other. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
