- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete at the top and bottom and broken off on the sides; with breaks along the horizontal folds; written on both sides. The front bears 3 lines running against the fibres and lacking beginnings and ends; only traces survive of the last line. Upper and lower margins are wide and measure 25 and 35 mm respectively. On the back, there is one word damaged at the beginning and written along the fibres, the other way up in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
