- Papyrus sheet, darker in places, broken off at the bottom, lacking the lower left corner and damaged on the left; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, there are 27 lines lacking the beginnings; the upper margin survives; no space was left on the right. Vertical folds are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
