- Papyrus sheet, square-shaped, with a few darker patches; incomplete at the bottom; displaying abrasion in places and damage along the vertical folds; written on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 9 lines written in the upper half of the sheet. Margins survive, the lower measuring c.60 mm; no blank space was left on the right. Vertical folds are still visible; a sheet-join runs vertically along the right edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
