- Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, with some surface damage in places; written on both sides. On the front, there are 13 lines from the top of a column written along the fibres; the last two lines are very fragmentary. Upper and left margins are extant, no margin was left to the right. Vertical folds are still visible. On the back, there is one word written along the fibres in the lower right edge. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
