- Left-hand portion of a medium-to-dark-brown papyrus sheet, with one third being lost; some surface damage in places; written on both sides. On the front, there are the beginnings of 7 lines running across the fibres; upper, left and lower margins are extant. The back bears one line written along the fibres in the upper right corner. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
