Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and bottom, lacking the lower right corner, and displaying insect holes in places; with writing on both sides. On the front, there are 23 lines written along the fibres; side margins are minimal. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres in the upper part of the sheet. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
