- Fragmentary surety for a man to act as a city contractor for the fruit supply (karpones) of the city of Hermopolis, the name of the guarantor being lost. The second column preserves the same text, but whether it concerns the same fruit-buyer and the same guarantor remains uncertain.

Papyrus sheet, imperfect at the top, bottom and left; darker along the upper edge; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, portions of two columns survive. The right margin and the intercolumn are extant. A sheet-join is visible at c. x mm from the left. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
