Long and narrow papyrus sheet, light-brown, broken off at the top; written on one side along the fibres, the back displaying some ink smudges. On the front, there are 13 lines running along the fibres; the first is fragmentary; right, left and lower (80 mm) margins are extant. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
